my army is from Ulgu so im going to try and base them in a dark tar and tendrils look probably using water affects but we will see when we get there. on the biger models im going totry to get the efect of them rising from the ground but more practice is needed.Very good for a first model - it might be cool to add a little bit of blue on the edge of the spear tip, but that’s probably down to personal taste as much as anything. The only other think I’ll say is it’s absolutely worth basing your models; even just simply sticking some PVA glue on it and adding sand will make all the difference in turning a good model to an absolutely fantastic one!
thanks anything in particular im shit at color theoryHighlights are always a good thing, and might improve your work a lot since your base is very good![]()

Those Saurus and SCE parts fit together surprisingly well.i also tried to kit bash a saurus priest and hears how he turned out before painting
it took a bit of cutting but ya i'm glad with how it turned out. hes going to end up on a EotG someday but we shall have to see. Those Saurus and SCE parts fit together surprisingly well.![]()
thanks! you'r right im waiting for my GW location to get more in stockI think the bone parts (claws of the mount, horns on the throne, skulls) and the gold parts on the rider would benefit from a sepia wash.
Otherwise he looks pretty cool, good job!
