They have said something about an announcement this evening/night... I'll be covering the news and reporting them here
:nailbiting:

Those Kroxigors are a must-have:eek::eek:. Pledged the SAE "kroxi+chameleons".
...

I’ve just done the same

That old blood eating a heart though...... easily the coolest model I have seen. Might need to plump a little extra for that!

I never buy models new, I always buy the shoddy painted and broken ones off of ebay to save a few bob. However the fact I am putting some money down on these is a testament to their quality.

It’s a shame we are getting screwed on the exchange rate these days. And by that I mean pre-...*ahem*....."Brexit" these models would be very well priced.

That's a bit harsh in regards to the GW's lineup. GW's Lizardmen are an aesthetically brilliant army. You might not like the odd model here or there, but overall they are pretty stellar.

I don't think it is, especially in regard to the Kroxigor/Chameleon skinks. GW are charging top whack for a sub par sculpt in my opinion. Lost Kingdom are just feeding a hungry market that GW are too restricted by their shareholders to feed themselves.

It is a Temple Guard Hero. But I guess you can use him as an Old-Blood

I play 8th edition rather than 9th so there is only 1 temple guard hero I am aware of (Chakax) - Who is this model supposed to be?

For the attention of the blood hungry GW lawyers: obviously I mean, he isn't supposed to be anyone in the games workshop warhammer universe :p

Indeed.

Actually, GW's Lizardmen have, IMO, many miniatures that need an urgent new version:
Kroxis, Salamander and Razordon

Also have some "meh" minis, like the chameleons or the infamous "swarms".

In addition, their AoS "Seraphon" have a quite short variety of models compared with other armies like Chaos or Orruks. So I don't expect new miniatures soon...

This Kickstarter fixes for me many of this point for Fantasy players like me.

Eternity Warden in Age of Sigmar.....

It comes down to personal aesthetics. There are many models in the GW range that I straight out prefer over these. Obviously they both incorporate very different styles; where GW is a bit more cartoon based while these are a bit more "realistic" (for lack of a better term). That said, these are very lovely sculpts and if you prefer them over GW's offering then by all means pledge away.

I've pledged for some single models as I see a market for them painted, I will only keep one of them the rest are being bought purely to paint and sell.

They are lovely sculpts but they don't fit in with GW models, size and aesthetics are completely different, this is the exact same reason I sold my woogity Krox, they don't fit in with the rest of my army.

Eternity Warden in Age of Sigmar.....

That would explain it, I know not a lot about age of sigmar I am afraid.

I prefer the GW fliers (minus the hero "skink" sculpt" I have to say

That is the only problem, you couldn't mix and match too much. I've gone for Krox/Chameleon skinks cos I don't think the existing ones fit very well as it is, these new sculpts should fit the bill just fine and I agree a few special characters.

Chakax is the Eternity Warden.

That's a good point. They would definitely look a little strange intermixed with one another.

@Nahualpiltzintli we only need to get closer and we will think about it ;)

You know i love you? XD
I saw some doubts in the comments section, so i said that you mentioned here hhat if we got close enough, you might consider unlocking the goddess in an alternative way, to lift the spirits :)
But i can say that looking that since 13:00 hours of wednesday to 05:00 of thursday (just at this moment) another 5k have been raised, i can say i'm pretty confident that we'll get to unlock our beloved goddess
