8th Ed. Lords of War Tourney

So my gaming group is doing a 2500pt tourney with one very interesting caveat.....one of your characters can take up to a 100pt magic weapon for free, outside of their normal magic item allotment.

I have no idea what to do. I really wanna put the blade of realities on an ob for free and make him stupid good. Any thoughts or suggestions>??

I think you should make an epic Oldblood.
(fill up his other 50 points with the best armor and ward saves)

er yea, that's totaly what I meant...

you could probaly get a 4+ wardsave (+MR ?)
and a 1+ armor save pretty easily.

other fun stuff,
and oponent rerolling sucessfull wards, (wait, BoR deesn't let them get a wardsave)
and oponent rerolling sucessfull wounds,
and rerollable armor saves.

oh you could mount him on a Carnasaur.

Armor of destiny brings him to a 2+\4++. I don't know how I could get him any lower on the ward save.
Add a shield to get to 1+\4++
BoR does not allow ward saves so ots is pointless on him.

I was thinking:
Armor of Destiny
Shield
Dawn stone
Pot of Foolhardiness
BoR

1+\4++ rerolling armor
5 str 5 attacks ignoring armor and ward

Automatic place to hide your Stegadon/Carnosaur behind to protect from War Machines.

Automatic place to hide your Slann in with a unit of Saurus and pretty much guarantee he won't die.
