BUT Who is the mummified skink who rolls with him? Thats gotta be a really prestigious position and/or like Kroak's best buddy. I want to know THE SKINK's story! He is so enigmatic right now.

I'd assume it's just random skink attendant #5409 who happenend to die with him. But could be an interesting story. Any lore fanatics who know the anwser?
 
He was mentioned as his faith Skink attendant in a previous fluff piece. I will have to see if I can find it. Not sure we were ever given a name. He's now a Skink Starpriest in my mind though. And that is why Kroak has 4 spells instead of 3 :D

Im kinda sad I didnt mix Kroaks left side with the Slanns right side = Double up on buddies. One could be his mummified previous nanny and the live one is the current nanny.

the skink's name is Greg. He was pretty ordinary until he one day killed a skaven clan lord. However in the process he lost most of himself, and was mummified. One day Kroak woke up and decided he liked the skink and put him on the chair. Ever since then Greg has been the one providing the casting bonus and melee attacks to the profile.

You've seen the original art in Bob and friends. I'm a Frankenstein style monster, not a mummy. I also don't serve Kroak, I serve The Red Devil. Long may he ribbit.

If someone wants to write a kickass story about Kroak's little mummy buddy, I'm all for it. But I would have been happier if Kroak's kit came with a living Skink attendant and that guy had an interesting story.

Of course :banghead: may The Red Devil forgive me.

But that's a good point. A mummified skink attendant is all well and good, but the Kroak mummy would need living skink attendents to take care of it right? Who removes the cobwebs and dusts off the dust? Who has the keys to the vault? That would be interesting to learn about!
