8th Ed. Local ligue 1200

Hello!

I create my army to a local 1200 points league.
What do you think about this one?
I usually fight with my two friends (vempire and dark elves) but i want
to create some more universal to fight everyone ;]
this is my list

priest lvl2 heavens

S-V, Co, GW, LA, dawnstone, dragon helm
20 x saurus spears + full CG
15 x saurus
11 x skinks cohort
10 x skink skirmisher
bastiladon solar engine
cold one riders spears x 5 + full CG
Salamender + 4 skinks

total 1199 pst

What do you think about it?
It is a small league but i know there is a few players who
got a powerfull lists like VC on Crypt horrors or chaos on big deamons.
Do you think i can make it? Any way i want to try this one and find out
in progress what can i change

I think Tetto'Eko is a good buy at this point level. Gives you 7 spells, D3 vanguard moves, re-rollable comet and usually allows you to re-roll all 1s in your casting attempts!

He would make the Bastiladon less useful though as you already have lots of spells.... More Sauruses / Babysteg / 2nd Sally / Rippers ?

I think your list is decent, but Im not sure how you are planning on using your 15 sauruses. I would consider having one block of 25 saurus with FC instead of the two smaller blocks. This would open up 110 points, wich I would spend on 3 CoR!

I would also consider getting a dispel scroll. Points for this can be obtained by removing the spears from the CoR

Eko is very usefull but we cant use special characters in the game ;]

I'd follow ondjage's advice but buy 3 terradons instead. Beasties do more than they get credit for.

Yeah one bigger saurus block is good idea. I only afraid that i have small amount of units. And what do you think about spend 50 points for dispell and ruby ring? last 60 points i can then spend for another skink unit.
