Hello boys and girls and welcome to Let's Get Motivated - September 2019

This thread is too get us motivated each month into finishing projects that we have on the go, the rules are fairly simple.

At the start of the month post what you intend to try and finish this month, it can be models/terrain/conversions of any game type. No pressure if you don't finish anything this is for motivation nothing else.

Around the middle of the month post your progress, no images please, if you have want to share your progress with images, upload them into your blog and supply a link.

Around the end of the month post your progress, again no images, if you have finished a piece upload the images into your blog and supply a link.

The reason I don't want images in this thread is too get everyone that takes part views in their personal blog where the community can critique, etc.

You don't have a paint blog? well get one started in this forum section.

If you need advice etc post here and the community will try and answer.

I'm looking forward to seeing everyone share their progress

Firstly, I need to finish off those Big'Uns. Got all the layers on them now I think, just need to wash them and base them and they'll be done.

After that, I'll be making one of my other new kits. I'm tempted to leapfrog all my Warhammer stuff and make my new Warlord Celtic Warriors first as a treat, but I think I'll work on one of the last Dragonfate Dais kits ever made. I was thinking of trying to modelling it as a High Elf temple somehow.
 
Hi,
I will work as much as possible on my saurus list in september, but at this time i have a tournament on sunday and i need to achieve my Highborn Elves list. I will post pict of my high prince on griffon as soon as finish it.
 
Plodding away on the last 14 saurus to finish my spears unit. Slowly getting there, then I need to base them all. Also making progress on my Stegadon at a snail's pace. My aim for this month is to finish the saurus (maybe not the basing) and at least finish off the Stegadon itself (minus the howdah and crew).
 
Finished the Big’Uns, but the arrival of a load of Necron spares from my Uncle after our game of 40K 6th Edition last Sunday means that I’ll probably be spending the rest of this month playing around with the bits in my bits box to see if I can kitbash some more Lords for my Royal Court.
 
Assembling the Cold Ones and experiment with green-yellowish colors will by my task for September.
Also finding a good time to photo Skinks from August's Let's Get Motivated ;)
 
This month is already halfway and i discovered i haven't even repeated my goals from the last two months in this thread...

so here we go:
- finish the Oldblood rider of my carnosaur(real close to the end)
- either finish the Scar Veteran rider of the carnosaur
or
- take up painting my Saurus Knights

Lets see what I'll get done
