AoS Kroak General CP Question

Kroak is not chosen as the army General and an Oldblood on a Carny is picked as the General instead and receives the usual Command Point for being on the field per 6.0. But WARMASTER says Kroak is still treated as a General. Does he also receive a Command Point then as well?

I am pretty sure you cannot pick an Oldblood on Carno as the general if you use Kroak.
A unit with warmaster has to be picked as the general if one is in the army.
