So I may or may not be getting another carnosaur, which means I could run Klaq Tors talons if it had a points cost. The actual battalion looks pretty awesome and would be fun to play with. The question is what points cost would be assigned to the battalion?

The Battalion isn't match play legal. It is a battalion from the Godbest Realmgate Wars campaign and is only usable in openplay/narrative. This is why it doesn't have a matched play points allotment. I would value the battalion at around 160-200 points if you are trying to make a balanced narrative game.

I hope sooner or later GW will give points to field it in matched play. But i doubt it...

Perhaps we will get a Carno Battalion if/when our new battletome releases.

I love carnosaurs. Carnosaurs seem to solve all my problems; Arkhan the black? Throw carnosaurs at him until he dies!

I hope sooner or later GW will give points to field it in matched play. But i doubt it...

To the best of my knowledge, I've seen the warscroll battalion be worth 130pts on Battlescribe before units, though I don't know where they got this value from...
