When you say no-sleep, do you mean absolutely none at all in a given night or just very limited and/or poor sleep?
That's terrible. Are you typically tired throughout the day? Do you take naps to offset the poor nighttime sleeping?Varies. Since COVID I average about 4-6 hours a night, but insomnia will whittle that down to 2-3 hours at best, or no hours at worst.
