Hangry is a slang term, which in this case was used perfectly within the context of the meme:

Agreed! His retort was perfect; playful and fun, while still putting her in her place. You could literally see her soul shrivel up and die.I remember this one. So good to have her taken down a notch. Her original comment is SO unnecessary. I love his laugh at the end.

Risky territory commenting on grammar then. You will forgive me if i don’t know a slang term of a foreign language.![]()
Memes in my opinion have very relaxed rules when it comes to grammar. Punctuation is not typically used and slang (or even slang-like spellings) are often more appropriate than their "proper" equivalents....as if it would be so uncommon to have memes with grammar mistakes.
Excessive spelling errors can ruin a meme. There have been a few memes that I've chosen not to share one because of them. Often times though, I'll share it anyways if the meme is good enough and if is easy enough to understand what is being conveyed. You are both right, hangry is a fairly common American slang terms. Memes with spellingairserrors are really annoying.
I generally try not to "like" them even if I like them.
or because I didn't like the font.
Different strokes for different folks! In a some cases I have made three versions of the same meme to correct nitpicky because that's how I roll.
