I agree. But it will take 100,000 years for paranoia to be corrected.
Especially since an unvaccinated person in the 21st has a better chance of surviving to reproduce than an un-cautious person in 100,000 BCE.
Note that from an evolutionary perspective, evolution doesn't want us to live to be 80 or 90 years old. They want us to live just enough to make sure our youngest kid makes it to 10 or 11.
In a tribal society, a ten year old can probably survive without parents because the rest of the tribe will step up (a ten year old can do just enough work to not be a major burden on the tribe).
