I disagree with you. But I have no problem with this disagreement. The more people like you are in this world, the less bread heels go into our landfills.

I personally don't mind the heel, I prefer the non heel parts, but if I come to the end of the bag I will eat the heels. (I do however put the top heel at the bottom and procrastinate it and then eat a 2 heel sandwich)

We never eat the ends. We dry them out and grind them down into bread crumbs.
