There are multiple experiments where professional wine tasters have been fooled by swapping the labels of a cheap and expensive bottle of wine. They describe the wine based on what the label says it should be. Wine afficiandos know the vocabulary to sound impressive talking about wine but they really have no more refined pallates than anyone else. Otherwise they should be able to tell when labels are switched.

I'm all about $6 bottles of wine.
