Sorry, but this is beyond banter. I am dealing with a racist and this needs to be called out.

I am not a snowflake (before that one rears its head). I am a serving soldier with 22 years experience who has served multiple times in Islamic countries.

I directly knew people who died to prevent racism and most of us have distant relatives who also fought to prevent it.

Not having it!

However, I also have an opinion. And if it differs from yours, why not talk about why I am wrong, and try to logically convince me that what I said was wrong, not "report" me, and try to get me banned or something.

I will try to give my contribute here.
This is a gaming forum, and this is the "just for laugh thread".

- You can post safe humor meme, and that will be fine.

- You can post black humor, political, racial and religious humor. Some of them can be "heavy", but they're still fine.

- Then, there are political, racial and religious jokes that, even if are jokes, are mostly darkened by prejudice... to quote a meme: "the difference between a good religious joke and a bad one is determined by wether it's making fun of a moron with religious beliefs, or if it's calling people with religious beliefs morons". Those are not fun.

- Finally, there are just generic insults or negative labels, that are not even jokes, as that meme about liberals.

Which is, indeed, an opinion... but as said, it's totally out of place in a laugh thread on a gaming forum.

Derailing threads or not, you obviously have a lot of growing up to do.

If you find them offensive, I can get rid of them.

I do however find it disturbing that you assume that I "have a lot of growing up to do" simply because I said something that you didn't like. Just food for thought.
