I just hope in this extended metaphor that the normies are the rest of the fellowship who Gandalf says "fly you fools!" at and that this actually means the normies don't watch Rings of Power.

In any event I'm not watching Rings of Power, not because it seems like poorly written woke garbage, but because I don't want to sign up for Amazon Prime because of how Amazon bends the knee to the CCP.

I hope they don't do this. Not just because it's wrong, but because Sauron didn't help Celebrimbor with the One Ring. Celebrimbor forged the Three by himself, or with the help of his apprentices. Sauron never touched them. The Seven and the Nine he assisted with. The One Sauron forged himself without Celebrimbor's help.

well yes, AFAIK:
Sauron under disguise gave instructions on how to forge the rings.
Rings of power were created with the active help by Sauron.
Celembrimor forged the 3 elven rings without Sauron's "help" (even is Sauron's magic binded them too)
Then Sauron forged by himself the One Ring and everything became clear.

That said, the key is that the lesser rings were created under Sauron's guide, because it was his plan all along.
Elrond should have no part at all, it makes no sense... unless he's involved merely in the making of the 3 elven rings.


EDIT: i think that what has been referred to me (Elrond and Celembrimor forge the One RIng) was simply wrong, AKA the guy confused the One Ring with the other Rings of Power.
But this doesn't diminish the fact that in this way you just seriously undermine the sense of the whole saga.
