What is the points cost for Jungle Swarm and on what size bases should they be mounted?

120 points for a minimum unit size of 2. I think they were initially on 40mm squares, so I would say they go up to 50 mm rounds. Same as a starseer.

How does a Lizard know when to use a Round base instead of an Oval in AoSkirmish?

Gryph-hounds, those came with Round bases. Even though they are a four-legged beastie like a wolf. Do Chaos hounds get shipped with rounds or ovals now?
