AoS Is Seraphon fun to play?

Yeah, we are an army with units that rely on outdated warcrolls, but we have great abilities and exceptional movement. Our strenght is the ability to adapt to situations, summon the right tools, move, move and move again. We cannot afford to simply charge the enemy because we're stronger or more resilient (a thing you can do with LoN)... we aren't.
Every game is different and we have plenty of solid options, so it boils down to how good you are able to play the army and exploit the strong points, forcing the enemy to play our game.
In the end, a very fun army and very rewarding to win with.

Also: bragging rights because Seraphon have an outdated Battletome and literally none of our units is really strong. So if you succeed against a top tier army it is very likely that the decisive factor was you, the player.

It sounds like It's makes you a better player. Perhaps even better at playing different army's later on.

As a recently returning player to the game I can vouch for how fun Lizards are to play! We are not amazing at any one thing, apart from maybe manoeuvrability, but we have something for everything and a lot of flexibility within our collection of war-scrolls.

Skink looks really good BTW!
 
Just remember the following three rules:
1: We are Aztec-style LIZARDS who ride dinosaurs.
2: We ARE Aztec-style lizards who ride dinosaurs.
3: We are Aztec-style lizards who ride freaking DINOSAURS. :D

We do have some issues putting out Mortal Wounds (or did - things are getting a tad better now that we have our own spell list) and with our lack of AP, but DINOSAURS. :D Even without paint, we tend to look pretty awesome on a battlefield. Sotek bless the laser-turtle and all who aid and ally with the laser-turtle!
