Hello everyone. There is a discussion going on about how the Intoxicating Pall interacts with the rules, and when exactly can it be used. The clear benefit of that Lurid Haze trait CA is that it has in the combat phase wording, meaning at any point in that phase. The question is as follows, is this legal or not:
A model viable for Intoxicating Pall is attacked, Pall is not used.
Attack rolls happen, wound rolls happen, save rolls happen, and upon seeing the rolls, the Hedonite player wants to use Pall to increase the modifier by +1 since it has the wording in the combat phase.
Is that by the rules? I'd like rule quotes for arguments, as the divide in understanding this is large at the moment. Also, if the exact example is not legal, at what point can Pall be used? After wound rolls but before saves maybe?
