Nice work!
The bow needs a bowstring though.
Thread and a tiny drop of super glue should make it pretty stable. I used sisal fibre on my Kurnoth Hunter but I am not sure how durable that is.I know, right?
I have bothered with string before, on my warriors of Minas Tirith. I fixed it with knots, but they unraveled quite easily when moving on the table or in storing.
Perhaps a thin enough rod of steel/metal might do?

Maybe fishing line could work, glued to each end of the bow and painted up?
This shield is StellarI painted up the shield in a different way then the Warriors of Minas Tirith currently have their shields. This was a nice tester to see if I could do better. It was supposed to look like the shieldbis made up out of multiple planks of wood:

I like the result, but it could be sharper. I will try this on the warriors as well, when I'll get to repainting them.
And here is the end result of a Guard of the Fountain Court with shield:

I still need to think of a way to get a removable banner on the spear

Good thought, perhaps some sanding might work.Doesn't fishing line have the problem that it is very smooth and thus is hard to paint?
Awesome, can't wait to see the finished product! In the last couple of days I had to remind my son almosy every day that, although he has summer vacation, I still have to work.
Him painting his first model is planned for upcoming saterday![]()

He really liked the painting, he was focused and happy about the colors. He couldn't wait to show the model to his mother and siblings. So much so that he had no time to do extra highlights
At the end of the day he wanted to do another one and clean up the model that he already did paint.
During a next session I will help him with shading, more highlights and perhaps basing
I asked if I could share pictures of the model with you guys and he liked that idea. He insisted that I would mention that he is 7 years old (8 years, in 2 months)
Here is his model:
