8th Ed. Help me identify a model?

Hello, just joined these forums, I apologize if this is in the wrong section.

I'm having trouble identifying a Lizardmen model from a few years ago (never really got into the game, just liked to paint the things).

It looks like some sort of Skink priest, with a large, fanned head crest. He's standing over a dead, disemboweled Scaven, holding its heart in the air. It came in a metal blister pack (believe that is the correct term) and sits on a square base.

This was one of the first models I purchased, before I started to save the packs for reference, so I'm kind of at a loss to who this guy is. Checked the GamesWorkshop site, didn't find the correct model. Went through every section of the Lizardmen army portion of the site. Nothing. Tried Google. Nothing.

Would really appreciate any help. I can provide pictures if necessary (stuck on mobile at the moment).

sounds like Tehenhauin, Prophet of Sotek. (the dead skaven gave it away)

If you change his base you could use him as a realy nice regular skik riest as well, assuming that you want to start playing. I am sugesting this since most people would agree that the lizardmen special characters are overpriced.

He's overpriced, but fun to play. I took him and a beasts slann in an effort to turn Tehehuin into a dragon, but failed. It's hard to get that spell off.
