Thought about this lately.
This is a two drop list (so might give us first turn for a nasty surprise) with some damage potential and I think it got a lot better with the abilities we got from the GHB2017.
We can teleport Bastis for example.

Alternatively it would be possible to get some mortal wounds in with an EotG or so.

I like this list and I actually am building a Heavenswatch nowdays as well.

( While I will miss my Slann, Ι feel like paying 820p for magic does not leave enough points for damage.
My meta consists of some SCE Dragons 2+ rerollable, Alarielle with mystic shield and tree-lord with batallion that both end up in 2+ rerollable save and the lack of mw /damage is my only problem right now.
Actually I ll make a post and ask your advice ! )

Double healing basti is good.
You risk to have the constellation that let you reroll 1s, thus reducing the bonus granted by the starhost
