GW News: LAS VEGAS OPEN 2025

But to be fair, they've had a load of new AoS plastics in recent times, so they're not exactly bereft of choice.
An extremely lazy release. The number of new miniatures that TOW has been getting is pretty sad, but this is just pathetic. They couldn't even be bothered to pump out a single new character model. TOW seems to be pretty low priority in GW land.

I guess there is about a zero percent chance that we ever see some new plastic Wood Elves wardancers, warhawk riders or great eagles.

Aside from the aesthetic appeal of GW's models, don't forget another aspect of their prices. If you like their games (which loads of people do) and you want to play an official tournament (which many people do), then you're paying GW prices.

Ebay is still an option even then.

I like that cover art. An improvement over the its 8th edition counterpart.

This may finally get some Rumour Engines solved... it has been a while ("been a while") since the last solve.

Grrr, !mrahil

Any chance of new Lizards?

I doubt it.

For AoS, I'd expect Skaven and/or Stormcast

I don't think there will even be Skaven for the AoS side, I think all the Skaven stuff was previewed a few weeks ago when they won the boxed game war. I fear nothing interesting will come from that part of the preview.

I noticed from the article on it that this preview will be roadmap-focussed, so there may be miniatures previewed (and I would definitely say so for AoS as GW will be eager to announce all the new Sigmarine toys) but they will likely spend more time talking about what's coming next over the last three months of the release year (before everything slows down in December for Yuletide). Certainly for TOW (which was confirmed to have been part of the preview on Trokey-Cokey's video for it), that will likely be the whole point of the preview, as everything WoC-oriented was shown a couple of weeks back.

Maybe we'll find out when the Wood Elves finally drop (and for you, the Beastmen).

That sounds pretty exciting. It will be nice to have a sense of things to come.

That's my hope! :). I reckon those two factions will arrive quite close to each other, being such bitter rivals like the Dwarfs and Greenskins, and it'd be especially thematic for both to arrive in the Autumn.
