True, given the amount of very succesfull games that suffer from similar problems I doubt finances are ever going to motivate companies to improve their approach to balancing a game. Lots of powercreep tends to attract a customer you can fleece for all he's worth

LRL were no where to be found, so they asked gargants to find them, and here they both are!

LRL will get their Vanguard, alongside their battletome, cards and dice.

SoB will also have King Brodd coming on the same box as the rest of the options (price's gonna hurt) and their paraphernalia.

And something kinda surprising, they will get something similar to a Vanguard as well, as the Aleguzzler Mob, which has three of the bunch on the same box (you will also be able to get a single Aleguzzler on his own on separately, which is an option):

In 40K, Bayard’s Revenge is also coming this week, due to the 35th anniversary of the 41st Millenium.

Available too some Made To Order shoulderpads and torsos from FW for Horus Heresy World Eaters and Blood Angels.

Just the one? Just as with the Underworlds warband, pretty pointless unless you want to specifically play Warcry, when they could just release a box of 5 or more Chameleons that you can either use in AoS as a full unit or divide if you just want one or two for Warcry.

This are clearly two different models, plus the other one in the video from the article, and the confirmation of the article that this is a full warband, which always have more than 5 models per unit.

That's fair, I missed those. There must be at least 3 designs then - here's hoping there's 5 of them in the Warband plus anything else they decide to add, so that we have the opportunity to build units from one or more of these boxes.

weird warband though, I don't think we've had a full ranged warband before, and chameleon skinks are normally kind of awefull in melee combat.
Curious if this will end up balanced/fun.

I don't have any Chamo Skinks yet. So, I'm hoping there will be at least one more in the warband. I think the models look good, but maybe a little "generic chamo skink." If the rest of the models are cool enough, it might make it worth purchasing. I have a buddy who is into War Cary, so perhaps we can split it?

Yeah, there's definitly a distinct lack of uniqueness compared to other dedicated warbands.
