Yes, I think it's to do with a mold type thing but I'm not 100% on that.
There was that talk about GW using the resin Forgeworld uses but I haven't seen much of a change. Even though I pinned parts on my Dread Saurian he still likes to fall apart when I'm not looking, either the glue or just the model itself.

I have a model from Mierce Miniatures that is resin, holds that bit well but there was some small gaps on it. There is a difference in the resin used as it's a different colour and the texture feels different, quality is there also in the parts.
Then I had problems taking a piece I glued on my Vargulf from GW off, that took a while

Indeed the Gryph-Hounds are fun, but they aren’t Stormcast - they’re just allies of the Stormcast who can be taken in the same army. To the same extent the Gryph-chargers are pretty nice models without the Stormcast on them and could be used as Bretonnian Hippogryphs if you found some wings for them.

Sadly it is confirmed that the Settra "made to order" is FailCast.

Such as shame, I would have picked one up if it was metal.
 
This is probably the first Regimental Standard article I’ve found to be truly funny - and shows how short-sighted the Imperium is (or how cunning the Genestealer Cults are, or a bit of both), and also instructs you to shave your head if not already bald, and, if you are bald, to shine your bald patch in tribute to the Genestealer Cults, although not so much as to cause it to shine in people’s faces... :hilarious:

And indeed the Mantic Terrain Crate pieces are nice. The little accessories sets remind me of GW in the days of old, when you could buy bits packs like 5th Edition Lizardmen shields despite the game being in its 8th Edition... ;)
