GW News: LAS VEGAS OPEN 2025

Models up on the kiwi store. Wind furries move 24", Tyrion's emissary is a CP machine when Teclis is not on the field, Ballistas are sniper turrets, and Shrines are pretty much beefy, Order, scenery Balewind Vortexes. Also, the twins can be allies on any Order army and give the general at 3" a CP on a +4, yet they can never be generals on their own.

It seems like the Admech codex and dude from saturday's reveal is going to be pre-orderable in April, just like the Admech release of last year

This and its related novel are the new stuff for the next week, and I'm quite hyped. Nothing more Classic than this: a bunch of warmblood killing a bunch of undead warmbloods.

You might call it "Vanilla", but you are objectively wrong, because vanilla is not the best flavour, that's mustard, but people are still ignorant and refuse to agree on this holy reality, so just call it "Classic".

Wonder if they will give special delivery options like with other products, but I'm being too optimistic on a COVID-19 landscape.

On another point, this weekend, the Starblood Stalkers should have started to arrive in different official GW stores and some independent retailers, and of course, some content creators got their copies already. My favorite video was from Crendor (former now casual WoW and partially active Blood Bowl content creator) building his warband, and comparing the new skinks with his old ones side by side:

We all knew that the new ones were going to be much better, but DEAR KROAK, that is SO much better! day and night indeed.

Will we will always respect the old plastic sprue for its tireless and laudable work at making its best to make sure the Great Plan continues it's course, the tactical advantages this new spawning of skins brings to the, lets say, "table", are undeniable. Look at that refined weaponry and better adapted physiques! Only Oldblood Klaq-Trok is not a massive upgrade from the Oldblood you can build from the Carnosaur kit, aside from a more dynamic.

Also some new Dwarven models for Middle Earth Strategy Battle Game:

Dáin Ironfoot and his son, Thorin III Stonehelm

Grrr, Imrahil

Awesome! The Dwarves' part in the War of the Ring (involving holding up most of the Easterlings to stop them attacking Rohan and Gondor from the east) has hardly been mentioned in the Middle Earth Strategy Battle Game before, yet it has nearly always had a list to represent Erebor during this time (first in the pre-January 2012 rules, and now in the most recent version with Erebor Reclaimed), with the previous Dain miniature at its head. Great to see that model has been given a rework to match the Billy Connolly film version (particularly given we see the return of Barazantathul, in the style that had been planned for the films), and that we see his son Thorin III for the first time.

However, these chaps will probably be Forge World, sadly, given they are relatively obscure compared to the main film characters, which is a shame.

My first thought is Centaurs

Grrr, Imrahil

Yeah, mine too, it looks like something from Destruction and given Centaurs look to be the next Destruction faction it’s most likely coming from them. Probably a net to carry away prisoners in the style of the Mongols.

Unless it’s something like Grotbag Scuttlers and GW is pulling a sneaky one (as Goblins do) waiting until the last minute to reveal them, but much of that is just Rumour still.
