rare units can only be doubled if they cost 80 or less

i came up with a list with a
level 2 on a engine
cold one cowboy
some major skinks
a unit of 30 warriors
two sallie
two stegadons
2 units of chamos

think it could work out?

Yeah looks like it should work.
Three stegs + the SV CO gives some decent target saturation vs cannons
Should be one ancient steg and one regular steg.

Yeah is the cowboy the BSB or the general?
If he is the BsB then a Ld6 general is useless and make a very expensive engine worth 100 points more to the opponent! But if he is the general then you have no BsB! So would be good clarifying/considering how this is going to play out

Does failing stupidity affect inspiring presence in anyway? Doesn't seem to according to the BRB
