Yes! Congrats to the winners and all entrants as well! That was good fun! Enjoyed all the pictures of such nice models! Hope we can encourage more people to take part in this next year!

And also thanks for that single vote for each of my entries! And the many likes I received for them. I guess it's more than I deserved! ;):P

I figured the woodworking was a dead giveaway for my entry. I'm glad it wasn't as apparent as I feared it would be.

I did recognize it as yours thanks to the wood :p Now post pictures of the painting!

My special congratulations to @Lord_Itzi-Bitzi , loved his entry, so much character and back-story to it :D. And also congratulations to all the participants, I myself didn´t even manage to finish the model in time! :angelic:

To be honest there hasn't been any painting. I put so much work and time into it, that by the time I entered it (on the very last day... of the extension) I had no desire to work on it anymore. :p

Thanks @Crowsfoot @Bowser and @NIGHTBRINGER to be honest I am totally surprised to have won the 3 categories! I actually entered the three to have better chances on the random draw! hahaha but now I see it was totally worth it and I encourage everybody to try to enter all categories next year.

All the entries where incredibly good! and i never expected to have that good of a performance against painters such as @neveroddoreven and @Fiona ! the paints jobs where mind blowing

Anyways I will probably be posting a more detail tutorial on how I did my entry in my blog soon if any of you are interested!

And congratulations to every body else that made it to the podium!! it was very well deserved

@Phoedinn Congrats on the win. Loved your entry! Those two circle patterns on the salamanders sail are stunning. How did you make them and what colours did you use? There seems to be quite a few colours involved. It's quite mesmerizing! :)

Thank you @NIGHTBRINGER ! I glad people liked the effect :) Its actually embracingly simple, I just painted a circle using Yreil Yellow and then layered on an Orange glaze. It juuust about manages to give the look of seamless blending without having to spend hours doing it! It's the same technique on the glowing fire sacks.

Congratz to all winners, I guessed a few of the entries but I never thought it was @NIGHTBRINGER and @Phoedinn

I thought the background would have been a dead giveaway looking at my blog XD

Congrats to the other two winners and everyone else for a great competition :)

Every entry is amazing, a great contest!

Still need to take better pictures of my entry. He is sitting in the cabinet at the moment.

That's awesome. It looks like it would be far more complex and difficult to pull off. What a great technique/idea!

Thought I would post an update, unfortunately I have not had the time to go through the results yet.

Everything just clashed with the end of the competition and work, so I have been working around the clock on a work project.

The project is about to be delivered later this week, so I will be able to go through the records, do random draw and post the winners officially then.

I am sorry for the inconvenience caused, and I hope you can forgive me for the delay in announcing the winners.

It's no problem, work should be your priority ;)

Just seeing the names now! It has been a busy week.

Congratulations everyone who won, and WELL DONE to everyone who participated! So much great talent was depicted in this contest! So many great new ideas! Thanks for the inspiration everyone! :artist: This contest was a tribute to the hobby.
