AoS Game set up question.

In the battlefield section of the rule books before it describes placing terrain it says:

"First you should decide in which of the seven Mortal Realms the battle will take place. For example, you might decide that your battle will take place in the Realm of Fire. Sometimes you’ll need to know this in order to use certain abilities. If you can’t agree on the realm, roll a dice, and whoever rolls highest decides."

I cannot find where it lists these 7 Mortal Realms. Can someone point me in the correct direction?

I think that they'll be released soon. As of right now, there's no effect.

I assume that each mortal realm has a corresponding magic wind/lore with one of the mortal realms being the old world, and thus dead.

Maybe the free, PDF, living Rulebook will get a fifth and sixth page to add a bit more to the magicks and the realms and rules for hills and a rule for cannon balls being stopped by hills...
