I will play against City of Sigmar probably Living City. Was I thinking about this evocative list, advice or changes?

Personally I think you're spread a little too thin. Kroak + Slann is probably not necessary in fangs and I'd reorganize your skinks to have at least one full block of 40 for buffing.

You also desperately need a skink priest. Between swapping the slann out for a priest and reorganizing your skinks to have a block of 40 i think you should be in a lot better spot. I'd also drop purple sun for geminids, its just inferior in almost every way.
