8th Ed. focus of mystery

can i use the focus of mystery dicipline to give me lore master for any of the magics.

i want to try out life lore but wanted access to all spells. in the army book it states loremaster of high magic is gained with focus of mysterybut i have read on here people using lore master with other lores.

am i missing simething?

Nope, only High Magic. In the previous edition you could take Lore Master of any of the 8 BRB Lores, but the 8th Edition book limited that power to only High Magic.

so 4 spells for a slannthen from rolling for spells then i guess?
