Hi everyone.

I am going to play an 2k game and my opponent is a experienced WE player.

This is the list I came up with:

Lord
------------------------------------
Slann (Shadow, light or fire which lore is best against these hosts of nature?)
- Cognition
- Rumination
- BSB
- Cupped Hands

Core
------------------------------------------

25 saurus warriors
- musican
- Standardbearer
- Handweapon/shield

25 saurus warriors
- musican
- Standardbearer
- Handweapon/shield

10 skink skirmishers
- Blowpipe

10 skink skirmishers
- Blowpipe

10 skink skirmishers
- Blowpipe

Specials
-------------------------------------------

3 Terradon riders

20 Templeguards
- Full Command

6 chameleon skinks

6 chameleon skinks

5 chameleon skinks

Rare
-----------------------------------------------

1 salamander
- Extra handler

1 salamander
- Extra handler

------------------------------------------

I've read some common tactics on these guys, and they are supposed to be fast, thats why I want some shooting, to pin them down. But how are dryads in CC?
Alternatively, I can exchange 5 chameleon skinks and the 3 packs of skinks skirmishers for an Ancient steg w. blowpipe.. Please comment :artist:

Thank you

Depends on who is playing them but most wood elf competitive lists are centered around forest spirits. I usually expect Treekin, Dryads and at least 1 Tree Man.

Treekin get a 5+ ward against non-magical attacks so I like to field a Scar Vet w/ Burning Blade of Chotec against them. Negates their ward save and with forest spirits being flammable it does double the wounds per hit.

I would drop your terradons for sure as they will probably be ineffective against most things in his army list, there is no real artillery other than the Treeman.
