Soo, my list comprises of:

23 x Saurus Warriors + spears and full command
3 x 10 Skink Skirmishers

Ancient Stegadon

2 x Salamander Hunting Pack + extra handlers

Together this is 1947 points, to fill this up i could put some extraSkink Skirmishers in there, or get a unit of Skink Cohorts with javs in there.
What do you guys think of it?

1. You need to remove point values as per the forum rules

2. You can no longer take 2 dispel scrolls since everything is considered unique now.

Otherwise it is a pretty solid list, though you may find you are doing pretty much all your casting with your Slann so the need for a priest with paque of tepok might be unnecessary.

Ok now that I am back near my book and I can look at the new magic items. Book of Ashur seems pretty expensive and not really worth it IMO. I would go with cupped hands of the old ones. And I would add Bane head too.

Another option would also be to trade one of the unit of 10 skirmishers for a unit of 6 chameleons to assist the terradons in war machine hunting and harassing.

Yeah, i was thinking of replacing a skirmisher unit with chameleons, now they have those nice improved Scout rule. The reason that i went with the book of Ashur is that the Slann is most likely going to be having the Lore of Life, and i wasn't sure how the Cupped hands work with the Throne of Vines.
And for Bane head, I'm not sure if its really good against sniping characters because the Lore of Life doesn't really have any snipe spells.
