Uhh.. how is that a bad thing? "Previously allocated wounds" is the standard wording GW uses for general healing.it only removes allocated wounds

The teleporting being gone is sad but bearable.
The rest sounds good.
New rules specify that abilities on warscrolls win over general core rules.
So, Kroak is back to multiple casting of his spell?
Were not sure as it says "Abilities" and CD is a spell under the heading "Magic"
Unless FAQed otherwise, yes. Evocators also list their exception to the normal limit of casting their spell under magic, so if Kroak's exception doesn't apply, neither would the exception for Evocators. But, that would be weird, because Evocators are a new unit to AoS 2, and having something written on their warscroll that can't be used at all (unless spells are considered warscroll abilities) would just be weird.New rules specify that abilities on warscrolls win over general core rules.

So I does look like we have lost our global unbind
That's what we are assuming right now. Unless they change the warscroll.Matched play, Open and narrative have very different rulesets and the warscrolls are written to work in all three. I would not bet on Kroak being able to cast his spell multiple times, but I hope he can. Could that mean that Ripperdactyls will start biting like crazy?
Holy moly! That is mad discount! Is it legit? How can they do that? No downsides?
