guys if I summon one unit of rippers from engine, can I set up toad too? Or I can't? Thx all!!

Toads only get set up in your first Hero phase, so if you summon in the your first Hero phase, yes you place the toad.

Oh interesting, so I have to summon only in first hero phase. Maybe worth play one unit of rippers to set up toad and after summon others

Indeed. If you play one unit of Rippers at start and manage to summon another unit in round1 you will have two toads, and even if the summon in round1 fails you will have ar least one toad.

I know it is a different situation but in the Designers’ Commentary says this "Q: If a unit of Ripperdactyl Riders is placed in reserve, is the Bloat Toad still placed on the battlefield? A: Yes.". would it be the same with summoning?

Only in your first Hero phase, the warscroll states toads have to be placed in the first Hero phase

Yeah, that just clarifies any doubt about the placing of toad for units which are set "high in the sky" in the shadowstrike battalion (or similar).
Even if they are not on the battlefield, you can place the toad in your first hero phase.

Just place some Rippers on the board in the first round. You can use their toad with the summoned ones as well. Toads aren't specific to one unit of Rippers.
