8th Ed. Doubles Tournement

In May I am going to the Warhammer Doubles Weekend with a friend who plays Britonia, I will be playing Lizardmen and can I have some critism on my part which is a 1000pt list

Critism is welcome, my friend is bringing the BSB and is mainly bringing knights, I will be holding the middle while he takes the flanks. Should I take a dispel scroll instead of the disadem of power, it sounds more long term but I may struggle to prevent a high casting dwellers or pit of shades.

I like this list. I'm not sure about trading for a dispell scroll though, but I wanna go out on a lib and say that it would probably be better if you took one just to prevent disaster.
