Do you have too build your army with what you see is what you get because some of my saurus have spears and others have HW.

I realize that it does not matter, but I think my skinks look better with a blowpipe in hand and a shield and javelin on their side/back. My suarus look pretty good as well with all the weapons on the model.
 
Yes I do....
bit If I run out of spearmen or one type of skinks,
I have no problem substuting a few extra guys with a different weapon,
usualy they get paced in the back and die first anyway.
But I don't care if anybody ealse does...
Usualy I am just happy to be playing a game.
