AoS Do starseers float in their chair

I build a starseer. I can't get him to sit down in his chair. He sorta hovers. Did I screw up or is this normal?

His tail should come round to the right as you look at it, I can't see where his tail is on yours, could it be stopping him seating correctly?

His tail is pokin out slightly ovr the pedestal thing he sits on. Doesn't look like that's it.

Anyway, it's been glued by now I hadn't noticed it didn't move down far enough and I assumed it was all the way down since I could no longer push it further so I let it set. Only noticed afterwards that it hadnt'. Just curious how I managed to screw up this much.

Nah, I'l leave it like this. My starseer is just so magically gifted that he magically floats above his magically floating chair cuz magic. It doesn't look particularly bad was just weird when I first noticed it
