The spears are a waste. At I1 they strike after pretty much everything and at that point there will most likely be no 3rd rank that would benefit from spears. Either merge them with your unit of 10 or cut the spears altogether.

Skrox units are too small. The enemy will kill all skinks to ramp up Combat Resolution enough that the 3 or so kills from the Kroxis won't matter anymore. I would kick one unit to make the other bigger so that it can be steadfast and keep ranks. Not to mention you need at least 16 Skinks to even field 2 Kroxis in a Skrox unit.

Better to merge Saurus together into one unit of 25 and give Hand Weapon and Shield.

Also your SKROX units need to be 16 skinks for 2 Krox. I would merge them in a block of 24 with 3 KROX, or drop them and go with another block of 25 Saurus.

Putting a Chief on Steg with out kitting him out seems like wasted points to me. Better to give him the War Spear or drop him all together and just go with a Ancient Rare chioce, you have the room with 2 Salamanders packs.
