SilverFaith Spirit Leech is you both roll a D6 and add your unmodified leadership, a Steam Tank is leadership 10

So is your slann with banner of discipline.

It's unmodified Leadeship, so I don't get to add it :depressed: only LD 9

Unmodified means modified in GWs dictionary. It basically only means you can't use leadership from other units, like through IP.

You sure? 'Cause I would prefer to be wrong using LD 9 than wrong using LD 10

The LD in Spirit Leech is Inspiring Pres-able. Which is why this spell is just a wild chance type of spell.

BUT the wild chance can utterly destroy a high value character/model if it's let go and luck is on your side. It's almost always a good idea to dispel it

Check the FAQ from black library on the warhammer rulebook.

On a tablet right now, so I can't copy it down for you. Especially since tis site keeps blacckboxing my entire message so I can't see what I'm writing....

I've begun using a unit of 5-6 Krox and they have done well for me in every game I've used them. Run them behind a screen of skinks to get the charge, and they'll mess up a Steam Tank quite nicely. Just don't let them be on the receiving end.
