the question is would i have to buy windows 10 if i get a new board

In fairness, I did not know this was going to be a consideration until after it released. I concede you are correct

Just make sure you get a rig that can play not only this game but the third part in the series as well. I'm sure they will go all out when they conclude the trilogy.

Any timeline as to when you'll have your new system up and running?

Well, I'm looking at a painting commission that will be paid in a few weeks, which will be approx $100.

This also hinges on me getting a job soon.

I'm going to ball park Christmas time, or at least my birthday in November. I need help choosing parts so I can fully understand how much I need.
