Has any one used colour shift paints, Such as the chameleon metallic colour shift paint from green stuff world?
and are there any non-metallic colour shift paints out there?

Here is one, with a powder instead of colour shift, but the camera doesn't really pick up the change.

I'm no expert, but I don't think you'll find "non-metallic" color shift paint b/c of how the effect is achieved. There will virtually always be some kind of flake (often flakes of mica) present in the paint to give the effect. So, the paint job will always have a bit of a shimmer to it.
