Quick question. Since chameleon skinks reveal themselves in the movement phase, can the go into hiding and them reveal themselves in your same turn?

No, it must be a turn after. Oxyotl has this ability, but says in this turn or any subsequent turn. They were careful to make that distinction.

Yeah, Disappear from sight says "You can reveal it as described above in any subsequent turn"
Which is pretty self explanatory.

That specification on Oxyotl hugely increases the utility of the little lizard. It may be worthless as heroes killer, but it's the king of "objective taken".
