AoS Can the astrolith bearer move after planting the astrolith?

What does it mean for the astrolith bearer to plant the astrolith? I can't find rules for totems in the big rule book or the seraphon battletome, and the astrolith bearer's warscroll does not give details as to what it means for the astrolith to be planted. Can he move after planting the astrolith? During what phase is the astrolith planted?

With the old version of the warscroll (aka the one published in our battletome), the astrolith was planted in the hero phase, and the bearer could not move. It was explicitly written.

Now all the limitations have been removed, there are no more references to the phase and most of all there are no more limitations by RAW.
Basically to "plant" the astrolith is now just a fluff description, you simply declare it's planted, then you move and you plant it again, and so on.
