ah it must be different from the computer version i thought it was just elves and they don't need one. still that leaves us with very little to work with.
 
The 'must have a big guy' approach to teams might be phased out with the new edition? I loved the Kroxigor and wish we still had one, but from the preview I'm pretty confident we don't.

What we DO have is chameleon skinks. Those are new (I think) and might add some ball handling skills to our stunty-but-clumsy skinks?
 
I am still torn between liking the fact that the Chameleon Skinks have more Chamelon traits (such as the claws), and disliking that they... well... look too much like chameleons.
I mean: I _like_ chameleons. Still...

But then, it is back to the roots I guess?
I understand that they looked more Chameleon like in older editions (judging by the look of the one on Tehenhauins base).
 
My guess/hope is that Forge World will give us a Kroxigor model. They have several big guys for other teams that didn't get one in their box.

You did that comparison assuming both where on 32mm bases? I guess if the BB ones were on 25s or 28s (some Warcry figs are 28) the aspect ratio of height of base to diameter would be off, so i actually think you're right, and stoked for it none the less!
 
I've never played or seen Blood Bowl in person but checking GWs website, all the minis for it come with 32mm bases even gobbos and haflings, so I can't see any reason why the lizardmen wouldn't be as well. Certainly hope when/if saurus get a new model for AoS they get this buffed look, even though it makes my current 120+ knights/guard/warriors redundant!

I have always wondered if the Lizardmen's true name were the Seraphon and that is where Malekith got his last dragon's name from.

Don't even talk about that other thing... was literally one of the first things that came up when Seraphon were new (shudders):vomit:

I guess I’m lucky I discovered warhammer from total war, and never had that experience :angelic:
I also think the they are cute:D
 
As said above, I think there still will be a big guy for us. It was the same with previous teams, where the big guys are made by FW and were produced later. Fingers crossed.
