Am I correct thinkinkg/playing Saurus have a 4+ Armour Save when eqiped with HW/S? They have the 5+ Scaly Skin then the sheild adds +1 to make 4+. or am I wrong?

you are correct, Saurus Warriors have a 4+ armour save.
