8th Ed. Back from the break - 2000 pts Tehenhauin list

Yeah, I haven't done anything with WH like... In a year or something, and I'm finally getting back to play and paint again. I'm NOT a competitive player so I wanted to do a list that's Tehenhauin-themed, and also test a few things new to me. ^^

I quess you guys are going to think I'm grazy, but here's the list:

The point of the list is is to try some combocharge with the Swarms and the Saurus: one Swarm unit for each Saurus block to grant them poisoned attacks, and the Bastis to spit some more snakes in the game. Tehenhauin's supposed to go to the biggest Swarm block. I put a Skink Chief BSB in just to get some rerolls and gave him a Terradon to make him more mobile.~

I haven't tested this list yet, but my opponent will most likely be TK, Beastmen or OnG.

So... What do you guys think? I have thought to do a bigger, similar list (maybe 2500pts) to this but maybe put an Ancient Steg there to grant the nice 6+ ward. Do you think Tehenhauin would be better on Ancient Steg..?

I have been thinking of running a similar list...
It should work... in theory.

I think you are going to have to have a realy
organized battleline and make sure you
get in your combined charges (saurus/swarms)
and use ur chief to keep ur saurus in check where needed.

Ps. you might want to remove the individual unit cost, and put in a total army cost instead.

The only thing I'm actually concerned is that the Swarms are really vulnerable, and can my Bastis spit enough snakes to replace those who die... The lack of save is why I was thinking should I give the Ancient Steg to Tehenhauin, or rise the lists pointvalue to 2500 instead of 2000... Then I could keep Tehenhauin with the Swarm unit as planned AND take the Ancient with EOTG to give those little guys some saves.
