I have seen a few Warhammer things on thingiverse (IIRC) a while ago, but I don't think there were any lizardmen specific ones.

no, there is very little lizardmen / seraphon in thingiverse

I have searched many pages, material to download in 3D of this, but there is not. and later I will upload other links.

That is a nice looking battering ram!

Have you tried researching any Aztec/Inca/Maya bits? Like weapons such as the Macuahuitl? Or even Mayan stela?

Also random side note... I threw "3D print lizardmen" and this came up:

No clue if its legit or not, and would be too big for a Warhammer game, but it is truly epic.

Yes, I searched, I found very little really. For example, from that image that you upload, I can assure you that it was not accompanied by your file in .stl

I would love to find something like that to be able to download. But I'm afraid I can not find files.

Regarding size, it's not a problem, if you have the file in .stl, you can print it the size you want.
Are you sure that temple guard did not have a download link?
