Entry in! Not sure how well I pulled off my idea but hopefully it worked out.

We'll see if I can my idea ready in time. Though I suppose I could always extend the deadline on a flimsy pretense so I can finish my piece not that I have ever done that before.
Hopefully I am not the only last minute writer. I can usually count on @Y'ttar Scaletail to give me a last minute submission but I believe he is literally out to sea right now.

I actually got back just the other day after being caught in a storm, losing the forestay, headsail, boom, and all mast lines apart from the halliard to the crosstree of the mast. Engine fanbelt proceeded to break when we tried motoring back towards Antigua and the spares did not fit. We managed to rig a third of a mainsail and over the course of five long days were able to limp close enough to the U.S Virgin Islands to get towed.Hopefully I am not the only last minute writer. Ok, against possibly my better judgement i've managed to throw together part of an entry. It's nothing special and i've got at least another couple hundred words to do. But might be enough to help bulk out the compy.Holy moly! That's quite a story to tell!
Well, we'd all appreciate a story from Ol' Ratty...
Glad you're safe, if the story is about the Old Ones of the deep trying to capsize a ship, I will assume it is @thedarkfourth however it could also be yours!Ok, against possibly my better judgement i've managed to throw together part of an entry.
