You're abilities are great for Bossk, and I think you've done well in making them unique. Not a criticism of your ideas, but I'm kind of in two minds about the whole stealth thing with Bossk. One one hand he is an honourable fighter, but on the other hand he is a hunter that stalks his prey, and would probably use stealth for that. This was my idea for his abilities before you gave yours:
Bossk - Dark Side, Scoundrel, Bounty Hunter, Attacker? (Not sure about how to class them) - Ferocious attacker who keeps damage up on enemies before closing in for the kill.
Basic: Relby-v10: Deal damage to target enemy with a 35% chance to attack again. This attack has an additional 40% chance of a critical hit
Special: Micro-grenades: Deal damage to all enemies and assign a Thermal Detonator to them for 2 turns, and assign another on a critical hit
Special: Toxic Escape: Bossk gains Stealth for 2 turns and all enemies gain Buff immunity and damage over time for 2 turns
Unique: Trandoshan Regeneration: Bossk recovers 5% of his health each turn, and 20% on a finishing blow.
The individual values would need to be adjusted to keep it balanced, but that gives you the overall idea of my thoughts on his abilities. What do you think of them, and also, what do you make of these new features and characters they've added in the game?
I think they are very good abilities for Bossk - I especially like the micro grenade one that inflicts damage and then places bombs on the enemy, and the toxic escape could be really cinematic. "How long can you hold your breath?"
I also like the Sidious-esque heal on a finishing blow. I reckon Bossk would be an attacker because he doesn't inflict very many debuffs that don't damage the enemy and also doesn't give out very many buffs to allies, otherwise he would be a Support character.
As for new characters, I like the idea of old Han and Chewie being a duo like Chirrut and Baze, although I missed out on them I think because I didn't play GoH very much last week and I think I missed the Marquee events for them. It's like Director Krennic and the Death Trooper all over again...
Hermit Yoda, on the other hand, I find ridiculous. Galaxy of Heroes is a game for warrior characters because of the RPG style of it. I thought they were pushing it a bit with the Astromechs because Astromechs are not warrior Droids, they are designed for repairing ships, but I let it through because R2's fire attack is based on his abilities in Revenge of the Sith. But releasing Hermit Yoda, one of the least attack-oriented characters in the saga in a game purely about fighting enemies, and before so many other attack-oriented characters like Bossk, Jango Fett, Captain Tarpals and the Gungan Soldier (Sorry I keep bringing up the Gungans again but I feel they are much maligned)? Pretty silly, if you ask me, especially as he doesn't even have an attack. I would have at least expected him to give his enemies a good bashing with his walking stick like he did to R2 in Empire. I wouldn't be surprised if they release a Porg character for The Last Jedi...
But seriously though I feel the game is getting a bit ridiculous in some respects. First five separate Jawas, then Astromechs and now Hermit Yoda. Sorry to rant, but I feel they should be giving some of their existing, more fighty characters a rework, most notably the Tuskens and General Grievous, and focus on bringing more warrior characters out and spend less time releasing so-called 'fan favourites' regardless of how effective they would be in a real Star Wars battle.
Now that my rant is over, I am pleased that they have given over not one but TWO slots in the Galaxy Battle shipments for shards for the Rogue One characters. Certainly buying Baze shards has become a lot easier as he appears there a lot more often than in regular Shipments. I will still farm Jyn when she appears in Raid shipments and Chirrut in Fleet Shipments, but I am considering supplementing the flow of shards with extra ones from Galaxy Battle shipments as they are very generous with the rewards. I've already got Cassian to 7 stars because he was in arena shipments and was the easiest to promote. Chirrut is now 5 stars, Jyn is 4 because I've only got her recently, K-2SO is on 3 because again I only got him recently and Baze is now on 4 stars (finally). All of them are on level 15 mods. Baze and Chirrut are on Gear level 7, Cassian is on 6, Jyn is on 6 I think and K2 is on 5 as getting the stuff to up their gear levels is getting tricky. They are all around level 60-70 at the moment too because training has become ridiculously expensive in credits, especially as there seems to be a notable lack of Credits Heist at the moment, although I have a lot of Arena Shipment tokens to play with. I'm considering buying some credits from there until Credits Heist returns. My Rogue One team is getting there!
I've heard
@Bowser is certainly doing well with his Phoenix team (although they were substantially easier to get and promote). What teams do you have up and running at the moment, and how are they faring? I was thinking of doing a mostly Sith team for the Dark Side battles too with Sidious as lead, Daka (she isn't a Sith but has a cracking heal), Maul, Savage Oppress (Who I also got recently) and possibly Tarkin (again not Sith but he hands out debuffs like sweets), but at the moment I'm focusing on Rogue One. Who are you considering gunning for next? I would love to know!
