the other day i was wondering how many scary monsters you can pack into a lizard men army now that you can have stegadons as special, hero and rare choices i have come up with this army list

That's pretty leniant too. If you wanted absolutely as many stegs in your army you could even drop the skirmishers and Saurus for fifty point units of skinks! That alone would probably give you one or two more regular stegs!

But ouch! A brutal list!

if you want to go for most stegs you could do the following

1x chief with steg and war-spear
4x lvl 1 priets with eotg (1 with diadem)
5x 10 skink chorot
6x stegadon
2x ancient stegadon

3995 points wich includes: 6 ancient stegadons, 7 normal stegadons and 50 skinks

I think at this point your opponent might just pack up and leave. Of course, some gunlines might enjoy a whack at an army like this.
